New School ~ The New School will be put out to bid in August. It was discussed to make the school the same colors as the ferry terminal.

KRST Wrangell Radio ~ KRST is still committed to putting a tower in Coffman Cove.

Telemedicine ~ GCI has contacted the city about the telemedicine set up at the EMS room. This would be wonderful becuase during an emergency a doctor could actually see what was happening here. It will also be good for training. When the clinic is built it will be moved to that facility.

Municipal Complex ~ The City has been talking about putting all the city buildings (Clinic, Post office, Meeting rooms, and City Offcie) in one area and wood heating the entire complex.

Harbor ~ Elaine Price has been working with Berney Richert to submit an appication for funding for the dock utilites. He is going to Seattle to pitch the project to their funding committee.

SEAtrails ~ SEAtrails has got a Vist Volunteer who will be stationed in Sitka.

City Bus ~ The City has been looking for proposals for the use of the City Bus this summer. It has been suggested that it be used to take kids to sports and activities out of town. If any one has any ideas on how they would like to see the bus used please contact the City Hall.
